I understand my deposit in non-refundable and non-transferable. If I am scheduled for multiple sessions, my deposit will be applied to my final tattoo session.
I agree to give at least 48 hours notice in the event I need to cancel my appointment. I understand that if I cancel my appointment, I am forfeiting my deposit.
I understand that I cannot reschedule nor transfer my deposit to another person.
I understand that if I no-call/no-show to a scheduled appointment, all remaining appointments I may have will be canceled without notice and my deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that unless I request a design review, I will see my design at my scheduled tattoo appointment.
I understand my design WILL NOT be sent via messaging or email. This is to protect the artist's artwork.
I understand that Chelsea Burr is a human and will do their best to be punctual. Occasionally, a tattoo session may have situations arise that may take more time than expected, causing them to run behind.
I have confirmed the appointment with Chelsea Burr and have obtained the pin code from her. If I have entered in this deposit form and have not obtained the pin code from her, I am spam, or a bot, I recognize that my deposit will not be refunded.
